PRE-ORDERS
PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders (“Pre-Order”) with Adolly Watches (the “Company”) for the Products (as defined below). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Paul Rich Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
- PRE ORDER REGISTRATION
When placing a Pre-Order for the Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to info@adollywatches.com
- PAYMENT
You will be charged at the time of placing the order. Your placing of a preorder constitutes your express agreement to the company charging of your provided payment method at such time. The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes and other government charges, which are your responsibility.
- SHIPPING
Products are expected to be ready to ship at the date provided on the product page during placing your order, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Adolly Watches is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by the Company. Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.
- CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order and thus receive a refund, contact us with regards to your refund request.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
Allow up to 15 business days from date of request for full refund to be processed. The time for the refund to be processed depends on your bank.
- DISCLAIMER
Adolly Watches DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROTOTYPE PRODUCT DISPLAYED BY Adolly Watches WHETHER BEFORE OR AFTER YOU HAVE PLACED THE PRE-ORDER. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE PRODUCT, ITS DESIGN AND TECHNICAL FEATURES ARE CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT AND THAT THE PRODUCT THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE BY YOU MAY BE MATERIALLY DIFFERENTLY FROM THE PROTOTYPE PRODUCT. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE FINAL VERSION OF THE PRODUCT, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WILL BE TO RETURN YOUR PRE-ORDER.
- Changes to the Terms
Adolly Watches reserves the right to change any of the terms for any or no reason.
CHARGEBACKS
If you open a chargeback for “product not received” without contacting us first but your order status shows delivered and the courier collected your signature upon delivery we will forward this information to local law enforcement as theft of merchandise.
Furthermore, you will be unable to place any further orders and your warranty will be voided.
WARRANTY
Under this limited warranty, your watch’s parts and workmanship are guaranteed under abnormal use for 24 months from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, Adolly Watches will, at its sole discretion, provide for replacement of your watch in accordance with the terms herein. If your watch’s or any part original to your model is not available, a substitute of equal value may be provided for purposes of replacement.
To obtain replacement of your watch under this warranty, please contact an authorized Adolly Watches retailer or service provider, who will provide additional instructions. If the watch was purchased in the Adolly Watches online store, or if you wish to obtain contact information of authorized Adolly Watches retailers or service providers, please contact our Customer Service Department by using the contact form on our website: www.adollywatches.com.
If you mail your watch for replacement, you must ensure it is packaged carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Do not include any special watchbands or any other item of personal value in the shipment, as we cannot guarantee its return.
Although you will not be charged for replacement under this warranty, you may be required to cover the costs of packaging and mailing your watch to an authorized Adolly Watches retailer or service provider, as well as the costs of return shipping and handling. If it is determined that the warranty is void or does not apply, you may be charged for part or all of any replacement. If the battery in your watch is depleted at the time of replacement, you may be charged for a replacement battery.
This limited warranty does not cover the following:
– Batteries, straps, bands, bracelets, or crystals
– Damage of any kind if there is evidence that the damage was caused by accident, improper use or mishandling of any part of the watch or any accessories, handling that is inconsistent with the instructions or guidelines included with your watch, lack of proper care or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear, or any factor other than a defect in the watch’s parts or workmanship.
Damage resulting from repair, service, or alterations by anyone other than an authorized Adolly Watches retailer or service provider is not covered under this warranty, and shall void the warranty.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, ARE LIMITED TO 24 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
ADOLLY WATCHES IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
