We offer worldwide shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Bank Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.
Tracking information is given to you once your order is shipped. International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. ADOLLY WATCHES is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government. Most of the time the parcel is delivered without any extra costs, please contact your local customs to request more information.

RETURNS
Adolly are confident you will love your new watch. However, if you would like to return or exchange your purchase you have the right to a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery, or you can exchange your product within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us to arrange this on info@adollywatches.com or call us on +44 0808 296 8290 and a pre-paid returns label will be provided.
Support hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
All purchases made between November 20th and December 25th, 2021 are eligible for our extended Christmas returns period, meaning you have until January 10th, 2022 to return your items.
Please be aware for international shipping we are unable to offer free returns. Any fees incurred by Adolly Watches in the return of goods will be deducted from the refund amount.
All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. If you ship your intended return after the 30 day return period the item(s) will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. We do not accept refunds of used products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. Any signs of wear or removal of parts including foil and tags will result in refusal of your return.
